See what the smart money
is holding
Every hedge fund managing over $100M must disclose their equity holdings to the SEC. Nosey turns those filings into searchable portfolios: positions, changes, sector breakdowns, updated every quarter.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about 13F filings and how Nosey works.
What is a 13F filing?
A 13F-HR is a quarterly SEC filing required for institutional investment managers with over $100 million in qualifying assets. Approximately 5,000 managers file 13F reports each quarter, disclosing every U.S.-listed equity position they hold, including the stock, number of shares, and market value. Filings are due 45 days after each quarter ends.
How current is the data?
Nosey syncs directly from SEC EDGAR on a daily schedule. New filings typically appear within 24 hours of being published. 13F data reflects holdings as of the end of the prior quarter, so there is an inherent 45 to 90 day lag between when a fund holds a position and when it becomes public.
Can I see what a fund bought or sold?
Yes. The Changes tab shows quarter-over-quarter differences: new positions, exits, increases, and reductions. You can filter by change type and see exactly where a fund is adding or cutting exposure.
Why are some tickers missing?
13F filings use CUSIP identifiers, not ticker symbols. Nosey resolves CUSIPs to tickers using SEC data and Yahoo Finance, but some obscure or delisted securities may not have a match. Coverage improves continuously.
How many funds does Nosey track?
Nosey tracks over 500 institutional filers, including Berkshire Hathaway ($274B AUM), Citadel Advisors ($665B), Bridgewater Associates, and Renaissance Technologies. The database contains over 5,500 quarterly filings and 2.5 million individual holdings. New funds are added regularly.
Is this financial advice?
No. Nosey is a research and data visualization tool. 13F filings are backward-looking and show what a fund held at the end of last quarter, not what they hold today. Always do your own research.
Is Nosey free?
Yes. Search any fund, view holdings, track changes, and export data. All free, no credit card required. Paid plans (Starter at $9/month, Pro at $15/month) unlock the terminal dashboard, historical analysis, and data export.
